Your Guide to Science-Informed, Soul Aligned Wellness

Ariel Eve Faulkner RD, LDN, FNLP, RED-S provider, I am an Integrative Dietitian passionate about helping women restore confidence, clarity, and metabolic vitality by reconnecting to the wisdom of their bodies. As the founder of Build, Balance, Thrive, I chose the name to reflect my core philosophy: first building a strong foundation, then creating balance in body, mind and spirit, and ultimately thriving with authentic energy and self-trust. My approach blends evidence-informed nutrition with holistic, spiritual, and energetic principles, guiding women to align biology with belief and nourishment with intention. I help women rebuild metabolism, balance hormones, and elevate cellular vitality while deepening their connection to purpose and authenticity. Rooted in both science and soul, my work is grounded in research and the N=1 approach, honoring each woman's bio-individuality as the foundation for lasting transformation. Whether addressing metabolism, hormone balance, gut health, or emotional eating, my mission is to help women move beyond rigid protocols and into a state of flow, alignment, and embodied vitality. 

I turned to Ariel as part of my last resort for weight loss after having no success with medications or a personal trainer. I initially  had a goal of weight loss, but after meeting with Ariel for she helped me realize weight was not the problem, it was the outcome of my daily choices. I learned that the key is making a lifestyle change and losing weight is the reward. We worked together on identifying the emotions, beliefs, etc behind my food choices and relationship to my body. I received an entirely new education around food and health. I learned how to create healthy, delicious meals that worked for my family, my culture, and most importantly I have a clear path to a forever life of health.
